And thank you for your recent purchase of WeatherBrite Windows and Patio Doors. You have made a smart investment for your home. We are confident that you will enjoy many years of trouble free performance from these products and you can be assured that they will not only enhance your homes appearance but its value as well.

SCOPE AND LENGTH OF COVERAGE

This warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below.
Very simply stated… “We warrant that all mechanical parts, including the sealed insulation glass units of your WeatherBrite™ Windows and Patio Doors will be free of manufacturing defects during the lifetime of the original purchaser, plus thirty years to the next homeowner of the home where the windows are installed. This warranty also includes glass breakage coverage.”

1. MECHANICAL OPERATIONS WARRANTY

WeatherBrite™ Windows & Patio Door Systems warrants that the entire window and all of its working mechanical parts, including the sealed insulating glass units will be free of manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the purchaser plus thirty years to the next subsequent homeowner.

2. LIFETIME GLASS BREAKAGE COVERAGE

Superior Home Improvement will replace broken glass panes in any WeatherBrite™ Window & Patio Door due to manufacturing defects and any other reason associated with normal home ownership. We will replace all damaged panes including the cost of all materials and labor. Intentional or repeat window glass breakage will void this portion of the warranty.

3. RESIDENTIAL COVERAGE

The lifetime coverage offered by this warranty is intended to cover individual residential homes, and does not apply to products installed in commercial construction or any other type of building not used by homeowners as their residence or residential rental property.

4. LIFETIME COLOR WARRANTY

WeatherBrite™ Window & Patio Door Systems will maintain its manufactured color closely as it natural ages, however, atmospheric pollution and residues deposited on the window can temporarily discolor it. Mild soap or detergent are usually all that is necessary to restore it to its brilliant manufactured color.

5. REPLACEMENT PARTS COVERAGE

Additionally, the warranty on any repaired or replaced product will extend to the remaining balance of the warranty period in effect at the time the product proves to be defective.

6. LIFETIME LABOR WARRANTY

Superior Home Improvement will replace any product or component, free of charge, for any window proven to have an installation defect during the applicable warranty period. The maximum liability will be equal to the original purchase price of the original window and valid only to the original purchaser. Caulking is not considered a part of the Weatherbrite™ product and therefore is not covered under this warranty.

7. TRANSFER OF WARRANTY

Superior Home Improvement must be notified in writing upon the sale of home by the original purchaser to transfer this warranty to the next homeowner.

8. FORCED ENTRY HOME PROTECTION

Superior Home Improvement will pay up to $1000 of your homeowners insurance deductible if your home is ever broken into through a WeatherBrite™ Window & Patio Door System other than breaking through the glass panes. Police or Insurance Co. report of forced entry must be provided.
